  • Develop a long-term service strategy through the development of “high-touch” engagement tactics efficiently rooted in business analytics and using all traditional methods such as calls, meetings, events, gifting, and hosting to cater to the Season Ticket Member base
  • Cultivate and support a proactive culture characterized by results, development, hard work, recognition, and fun
  • Partner with internal collaborators to introduce new technologies, efficiencies, and products to enhance the premium service program while looking to grow the business
  • Empower, inspire, and establish a team of leaders and strong bench to deliver best-in-class fan experience
  • Lead team of Account Managers by setting strategic direction, establishing goals, and providing training and development opportunities
  • Supervise all customer service issues and handle escalated customer service challenges and complaints
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales and service goals
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new Season Ticket Members
  • Work closely with the Crypto.com Guest Services staff to ensure great customer experiences for Season Ticket Members
  • Develop the service strategy and benefits program for our new arena, Intuit Dome, opening Fall 2024 in Inglewood
  • Assist in transitioning our current Season Ticket Member base to our new arena, Intuit Dome
