  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally within a tech company or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex ideas in clear and engaging language.
  • Proven excellence in managing communication channels and developing a voice that is clear, fun, and representative of the Alchemy brand.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders spanning different timezones.

Responsibilities
  • Streamline Internal Communications: Design and implement an internal communications blueprint that helps us align and communicate more efficiently.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and deliver high-quality internal communications materials, including internal newsletters, emails, Slack channels, and presentations.
  • Company-Wide Coordination: Collaborate across leadership teams to produce weekly all-hands meetings, along with supporting presentations and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership, HR, comms, marketing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the organization.
  • Cultural Alignment: Reinforce culture and voice in all internal communications and coach others to embody the Alchemy tone.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, culture, and morale, using feedback to continuously improve communication efforts.
  • Product Fluency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Alchemy’s product ecosystem to effectively communicate technical concepts across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Critical Communication: balance the need for both transparency and velocity so that the company can move forward with sufficient alignment in an ever-changing environment.
