- Act as an internal consultant, supporting developers and engineers across all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on emerging technologies and support team development through mentoring and on-the-job training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and non-technical documentation.
- Communicate requirements, progress, and results to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Support additional tasks as required by leadership.
- Perform work in office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop settings, including sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- A master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in process or project management, including relevant certifications, is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and innovation frameworks is preferred.
- Experience transitioning prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions is preferred.
- The ability to mentor and train team members on technical and process-related topics is preferred.
- Familiarity with end-to-end product lifecycle development is preferred.
