  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 6 years full life-cycle recruitment experience in a progressive, fast-paced environment with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience

Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business unit
  • Create and execute strategy for talent acquisition
  • Partner with marketing to create compelling social media campaigns
  • Responsible for the people leadership of the talent acquisition team
  • Determine the proper mix of internal and external resources needed to meet hiring goals
  • Hire, mentor, support and lead the personal and professional development of a high-performing Talent Acquisition staff
  • Establish FSP recruitment processes
  • Identify and source talent and build pipelines for current needs at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers in negotiating offers
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, laws and regulations
  • Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce
  • Evaluate key data and metrics to assess operational and service opportunities
  • Collaborate with the HR function on talent acquisition topics
  • Identify and incorporate best practices, new trends and innovative tools and technologies to support recruiting efforts
