Requirements
  • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside-sales channels.
  • Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and live chat on the website, as well as internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
  • Meet quota measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with modern tooling, including customer relationship management systems, health scoring, live chat, and knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally, such as through Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and/or physically with customers.
  • Patience working in an industry where not all users are tech-savvy.
