Responsibilities
  • Introduce reports and measures based on the company's goals, technology reports, and progress
  • Design and execute technology strategies (Technical, Technical Processes, Best Practices (DevSecOps, DataOps, AnalyticOps, Cloud/SaaS, etc.) across customer programs and agencies.
  • Supervise and manage the department's budget.
  • Develop new/existing customer relationships, at all tiers within an agency, to develop pilots/proof-of-concepts, and white papers in support of customer driven outcomes that ultimately lead to business opportunities for eSimplicity.
  • Recognize which technologies and strategies that can be used to improve products, services and program outcomes.
  • Sit on the executive committee to help align technology goals with other departments and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate the company's technology resources with the short- and long-term goals of the organization
  • Lead consensus alignment between eSimplicity teams and customer teams to achieve mission objectives.
  • May assist corporate departments in the use of technology for efficiency optimization.
  • Design, implement, and measure high-level KPIs for the effective use of Information Technology and/or program strategies aimed to achieve customer mission objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance on programs and corporate initiatives.
  • Communicate and negotiate/align technology and program strategy to partners and investors.
  • Use stakeholders' feedback to inform required developments and adjustments to technology and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and emerging technologies, industry trends, and agency objectives.
  • Identifying and building technical and innovation strategies derived from industry and in alignment customer objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • AWS (AWS Solutions Architect Professional) or related cloud certifications
  • Experience with Platform One, Cloud One, milCloud or Kessel Run
