We are looking for a passionate leader to spearhead recruiting efforts across our US offices. As a pivotal member of our talent acquisition team, you will partner globally to revolutionize our recruitment processes. In partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team leads you will guide hiring managers and department heads, ensuring we attract and secure the brightest talent in the industry, optimizing our recruitment process by analyzing and leveraging data.
Our ideal candidate will be able to mentor and direct recruiters as they meet Lemonade’s ambitious hiring plans. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with the team as both a player and a coach. You’ll manage strategy, process, and people, but also own and lead searches as a full-cycle recruiter acting as a passionate ambassador for the brand.
In this role you’ll…
Serve as a mentor and advocate to a team of US recruiters, supporting them in setting and reaching individual goals in addition to team objectives
Partner with hiring managers as a full-cycle recruiter to identify, select, and hire top talent that aligns with organizational goals and culture
Lead multiple recruiting and global talent acquisition projects, aligning with strategic business objectives
Help to establish, implement, and maintain recruiting metrics to drive organizational decision making across the organization
Utilize data to boost recruitment efforts and support decisions pertaining to process and strategy, influencing the overall talent acquisition process
Empower managers and department leads to stick to hiring timelines, using analytics
Develop insightful talent mapping for key roles
Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements
Promote employer branding initiatives including job postings on social media, and hosting or participating in career events and meetups
What you’ll need…
8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with a global high-tech company
4+ years of experience as a talent acquisition manager, leading teams
Strong familiarity with US hiring practices
Outstanding leadership skills and ability to work as part of a global team (across various time zones)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience working in a high-performance environment in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

Lemonade’s US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $160,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
