The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for Product Marketing Internship, MBA in Personal Systems. Responsibilities:
As a New Product Introduction (NPI) intern, within our Displays Solutions business, you will:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing assets and sales-enablement tools to support product launches
- Project manage and meet daily deadlines and verify content accuracy to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and accurately to sales teams prior to launch.
- Partner cross-functionally to ideate, prioritize, and deliver frictionless customer experiences, quick time to market, and optimal resources
- Work closely with Product Managers to thoroughly understand the products and create experience-based narratives and engaging sales training materials.
- Understand a product’s value proposition, key benefits, and differentiating features and formulate a narrative to convey the full customer experience supported by sound market research.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-grasp experiences instead of features/specs to enable sales teams to educate our partners in an exciting and compelling way
- Help our product teams gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Communicate proactively daily with key stakeholders, including market category leads, sales, product managers, Displays management.
- Act as an HP Brand Ambassador and reinforce the brand at every step of product development and delivery
- MBA Candidate with focus on: product management, marketing, business strategy, or other applicable areas of study
Required Skills:
- Project experience demonstrating strong analytical, modeling and research skills
- Strong executive-level presentation skills (storyboarding, development, and delivery)
- Ability to project manage and adhere to tight timelines for product launches
- Demonstrable success in delivering results in a cross-functional team setting
- Excellent visual communication, presentation and writing skills with emphasis on technology.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and unstructured work situations
- Team player who supports others and leads executives and peers through logical reasoning and relationship development
- Strong public speaking and workshop/conversation-facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to shape and influence ideas and actions of others
- Vendor and agency management is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, SmartSheet, Sharepoint
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree, typically 1st year of Master’s program completed.
- MBA Candidate with demonstrated coursework in business and marketing, including product management, product marketing, business strategy, or other applicable areas of study
- Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university (Master/MBA program).
The estimated hourly range of compensation for this job at the time of this posting is 30-40 USD.
