We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including transportation design; water resources design; environmental analysis & permitting; construction engineering & inspection; traffic engineering & transportation planning; surveying; and land acquisition & appraisal. In this position, the candidate will:
- Serve as a project manager on roadway design projects with varying levels of complexity and scope.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Take a lead role in project planning, design, and implementation.
- Review and approve project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage project tasks, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Delegate work to project team members.
- Perform detailed engineering analysis and design tasks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Review complete project documents, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Assists upper-level management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor.
- May perform other duties associated with this role.
Qualifications for this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Advanced project management and leadership skills.
- Commitment to excellence in quality and service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
