Requirements
- Be a student in business school or have equivalent training.
- Be autonomous, solution-oriented, and able to structure work.
- Be comfortable with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate simply with drivers.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities
- Create and automate processes by structuring and automating workflows for onboarding, payroll, and customer service.
- Find new channels to recruit drivers and analyze what converts and what does not.
- Improve the sales pitch for drivers, create scripts and presentation tools, and document common objections.
- Develop offers and partnerships to increase the perceived value for drivers, including insurance, services, and benefits.
Desired Qualifications
- A first experience in operations or project management is a plus.
