Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or campaign management. Experience in SaaS technology is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing, and data analysis. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns that align with company goals and target key business audiences and segments in North American and International markets.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Strategy on market research to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various channels, including email, social media, webinars, paid digital, and whitepapers.
  • Manage and orchestrate the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement levels. Working closely with Marketing Operations, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Oversee campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum results.
  • Work closely with product marketing, product strategy, growth marketing, corporate communications, sales, product, and marketing operations to ensure campaign alignment and integration with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously work with teams to optimize campaigns based on performance data, feedback, and market changes.
