Responsibilities

Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a graphic designer to join the marketing team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and designing corporate marketing materials for customers, prospects and internal employees. Materials consist of company websites, email campaign templates and graphics, sales and technology collateral, etc. An ideal candidate will be collaborative, possess strong communication skills and enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Manage the conception, design execution and production of marketing materials and sales collateral across multiple brands.
Work alongside a creative team of designers, copywriters and marketers to help execute multichannel marketing campaigns.
Use feedback from leadership to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately and represent the company appropriately.
Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials, including print, web and social media assets (e.g., print and digital presentations, email and social media graphics, internal communication, etc.).
Work with the design team and front-end developers to design and update corporate websites.
Assist with event, presentation and tradeshow support, providing design assets and working with external vendors as needed.
Manage commercial printing relationships with various print vendors, including sending print requests, preflight proofing on print files, checking quality on printed assets and maintaining marketing print library for historical reference.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working for a company or agency
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong visual sense for high-quality creative concepts and proven ability to execute
Familiarity with project management concepts and tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and creative thinking skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize project workload and meet tight deadlines
Team-oriented and driven to achieve personal and team marketing goal
Strong communication skills
Experience with Figma a plus
Video and animation editing experience a plus
