Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • 2+ years of experience as an IC or Manager running Enterprise customer accounts within a rapidly growing SaaS company
  • Prior experience leading and/or building a customer success function around enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of conducting quantitative analysis to derive insights and implement growth strategies
  • People management and development; demonstrated leadership through accountability, continuous training and coaching
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, develop, coach, scale, and motivate a team of high performing Enterprise Customer Success Managers
  • Identify, attract and retain top talent to build a team of exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Managers
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Manage post-sales activity for key customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and sales execution
  • Oversee day-to-day activity of team members, monitor performance goals, provide feedback, coaching, and guidance
  • Connect Account Managers to key resources, clear roadblocks, and drive value in the market through client interaction
  • Broaden relationships within accounts, develop revenue forecasts, and travel to customer sites as appropriate
