Requirements
- Experience 8 years.
- Strong working experience in developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-wide applications using Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.
- Experience with at least 2 full project life-cycle implementations as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a client-facing role
- Good knowledge of business processes and strong analytical skills to turn requirements into proposed configuration of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.
- Good technical knowledge of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central, including system setup, data migration, and development.
- Ensure that the latest functional features of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central are fully utilized whenever possible to achieve the best implementation for the given client.
- Experience working in an environment with multiple business units, running multiple ERP systems, and consolidating down to a single environment.
- Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams, as well as 3rd party implementation partners.
- Global implementation experience.
- Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business, as well as all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in mentoring team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
