As a Command and Control (C2) Analyst, you’ll bring your tactical, operational, and technical expertise in electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) to work alongside leaders in land, naval, air, and special operations to develop assessments of Service-level exercises and the tactical units’ ability to effectively employ their EMSO capabilities prior to their deployments.

You Have:
8+ years of experience in C2 operations of airborne platforms
Experience with a service C2 platform
Experience at the operational level with higher level broadening assignments, such as Joint, CCMD and Service level staff
Experience developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet mission requirements
Knowledge of current service C2 capabilities, including communication and tactical data links and tactics, and vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, Weapons Schools, or publications based on findings of Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) evaluations
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
12+ years of experience with C2
Experience analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information
Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results
Master’s degree
PMP Certification preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
