The Opportunity
As a member of the People Analytics team, you’ll be working with people data to solve organizational challenges through research and analytics. You will partner closely with Business Intelligence Analysts and Analytics Business Partners to deliver data and insights to the business.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with ad hoc data and insights requests
- Participate in all phases of an analytical project (i.e., literature reviews and research design, data collection, statistical analysis, and presentation of results)
- Assist Analytics Business Partners to understand the problems that the business is seeking to address
- Grow your analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
What You Need to Succeed
- Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of Python or R
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of statistical analyses and research methods
- Exceptional work ethic
- Passion and curiosity for working with data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great teamwork skills
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45.00 -- $55.00 hourly.
