Requirements
  • Proficient in managing techstack evaluations, implementations, trainings to groups
  • Ability to create, store and deliver consumable and useable content
  • Prior experience as an individual contributor in a GTM function (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Account Management)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Experience coordinating activities across departments and reporting on market trends
Responsibilities
  • Enable GTM roles (e.g., Sales, SDR/BDR, Customer Success, Account Management) and all levels of experience (front-line, Director, etc.) to equip their teams with the resources, tools, and strategies they need to succeed
  • Create, manage, and perform all GTM role onboardings & trainings, as well as ongoing Learning & Development; inclusive of facilitating internal product knowledge training
  • Lead the following: 1) GTM tools training, skill assessment, adoption, and tech management, 2) GTM internal processes training and compliance
  • Generate and manage several Training Programs at scale, inclusive of identifying and monitoring individual, team, and departmental KPIs
  • Act as organizational liaison among relevant departments, identifying gaps and developing solutions
