Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify new expansion opportunities in your book of business (SMB & MM).
  • Analyze account performance metrics meticulously to pinpoint potential growth avenues, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling Deliverect products tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, positioning oneself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor, and proactively identifying opportunities for them to optimize their use of Deliverect's platform to drive business growth.
  • Run a volume of client meetings / calls / QBRs with existing accounts in your book of business to drive value.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage your expansion sales pipeline effectively.
  • Achieve gross expansion and NRR targets, forecast revenue accurately, and contribute to Deliverect's growth.
