Your Impact
As a Growth Account Manager, you’ll drive regional growth by managing and expanding our portfolio of businesses. Your role spans nurturing existing SMB & MM accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and strategizing to boost revenue. You’ll play a crucial part in introducing evolving Deliverect solutions to businesses, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring customers business success.
A Typical Day
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify new expansion opportunities in your book of business (SMB & MM)
- Analyze account performance metrics meticulously to pinpoint potential growth avenues, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling Deliverect products tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, positioning oneself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor, and proactively identifying opportunities for them to optimize their use of Deliverect’s platform to drive business growth.
- Run a volume of client meetings / calls / QBRs with existing accounts in your book of business to drive value
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage your expansion sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve gross expansion and NRR targets, forecast revenue accurately, and contribute to Deliverect’s growth.
Your expertise
- 1-2 years of successful experience in a SaaS go-to-market environment.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, fostering trust and rapport.
- Ability to identify opportunities to introduce new products or features to existing customers, driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Proven ability to independently manage sales cycles and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of restaurant operations and the challenges our customers face.
- A strong understanding of sales best practices and methodologies.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 4 days in our Toronto office and 1 day working from home. Candidates must demonstrate impeccable English language skills, both written and verbal. Other language skills are an asset.
