Scope:

• Review and interpret net new contracts while verifying accuracy, terminology, and specifications. 
• Support internal and external customers through swift and accurate contract processing and efficient issue resolution.
• Assist in Fulfillment, Hardware, and Customer Account requests as needed.

What you’ll do

• Work through the Order to Cash Process to ensure contracts are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Validate and Process all net new subscription, software, maintenance, and education contracts ensuring their accuracy and escalating any issues that may arise
• Ability to work with multiple teams to resolve any discrepancies or disputes, to include Sales, Legal, Revenue Recognition, Renewals, Billing, and Revenue Accounting
• Process Fulfillment request for new software and monitor the fulfillment queue for any existing customer requests
• Research and resolve entitlement issues involving net new deals as they arise
• Process Hardware requests as needed
• Monitor the Contact/Address request queue and assist in adding customer contact and address information into the customer account
• Assists with month-end and year-end closing process

What we are looking for

• 0-1 years of experience in OTC, contract processing, invoicing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of contractual, accounting, financial principles
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be adaptable to change, customer-focused, and resourceful
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel Outlook, Exel, etc.) and other accounting software
• Experience with Salesforce and Apttus is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Workday is a plus, but not required
• Willing to work overtime and the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.

The salary range for this position is: USD $40,440 - $49,560.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
