- Experience in testing for large-scale government projects.
- Experience with all phases of the SDLC processes: requirements, design and development concepts in an iterative methodology.
- Functional experience with eligibility programs, specifically SNAP and/or TANF.
- Review and understand systems requirements, functional and detail design documents.
- Experience in developing scenario roadmaps; validating, reviewing, and writing scripts from requirements and design documents.
- Execute test cases.
- Experience identifying and documenting test results and discrepancies between design documents and application performance.
- Document, and report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to test batch programs like interfaces, reports, notices etc.
- Experience testing high-volume scalable and web applications.
- Quality Assurance Tester for Quality Assurance testing for an Integrated Eligibility (SNAP, TANF) systems implementation program.
- This position will work side by side with QA team, State Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), County Workers and County Supervisors.
- This is a fast-paced project requiring the ability to multi-task as needed as well as an eye for detail.
- Experience using SQL to query data
- Experience using Test Management tools such as Azure DevOps
