- Analyze maintenance contracts and service agreements to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Utilize financial tools such as NetSuite and spreadsheets to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters related to financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
