  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, accounting, or warehouse support required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for inventory management, including demand forecasting and reorder point analysis.
  • Utilize the CMMS application UpKeep to track and maintain inventory levels.
  • Use NetSuite to process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular physical inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
  • Efficiently stock the warehouse with spare parts and materials, ensuring proper organization and space utilization.
  • Perform periodic inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
  • Train and communicate standard operating procedures to operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies for specific projects.
  • Travel as needed to secondary inventory locations for inventory audits and replenishment tasks.
