About the Role 

We are a fast-growing, Utah-based commercial pressure washing company specializing in large-scale property maintenance. Our clients include retail centers, distribution facilities, parking garages, restaurants, and other commercial and industrial properties. We take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service and are looking for a dependable Production Manager to lead our overnight operations.

This is a leadership role that combines fieldwork, crew management, logistics, and client coordination. You’ll be responsible for making sure every job runs smoothly—from setting up trucks and trailers to the final walkthroughs—while setting the standard for safety, quality, and professionalism. The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with a "Safety First" mindset in every aspect of overnight operations
• Supervise and support nightly pressure washing crews at various job sites
• Operate and transport power washing equipment (CDL vehicle use when needed)
• Enforce safety standards and ensure team members follow proper procedures
• Coordinate daily job schedules, assignments, and logistics
• Conduct job site inspections to verify quality and adherence to safety protocols
• Train new employees in equipment operation, job procedures, and safety practices
• Communicate with the operations team and clients to resolve on-site issues
• Maintain and manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment

 Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field experience (pressure washing, landscaping, construction, facility services, etc.)
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Valid CDL (Class B or higher) – preferred (need to get within the first 90 days)
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work overnight, and in outdoor environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to safety and service quality

The compensation for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experince.
