Requirements
- Technical skills or experience servicing and repairing items associated with light carpentry, painting, plastering, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and minor electrical tasks, or general appliance installations or repairs.
- Availability, as necessary, for emergency maintenance calls during an on-call period.
- A valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to and from work each day and during on-call emergency periods.
- Ability to sit and stand frequently throughout the day and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, crouch, lift, crawl, or use a ladder, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Complete tenant service requests.
- Participate in the make-ready and turn-completion process.
- Ensure the community meets exterior aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate and manage vendor and subcontractor projects within the community.
- Ensure property maintenance meets company quality standards.
- Oversee general maintenance and upkeep of units, offices, common areas, community amenity buildings, grounds, and landscaping.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with required compliance standards and applicable regulations.
- Manage other projects as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Maintenance or repair experience in residential, retail, or commercial property management.
