  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail operations or back of house leadership.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • You will support the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • We require you to maintain a clean and organized stockroom. You will be responsible for supporting the shipment handling and holding the team accountable for meeting productivity goals.
  • You will take lead on inventory levels, oversee in-shop replenishment, size integrity on the sales floor, and communicate sell-through concerns with the Shop Leader.
  • You will support proper management of damages, donations, returns and product issues that could jeopardize inventory accuracy.
  • We expect you to effectively communicate and train shop associates (both SKIMS and Bloomingdale’s) on operational standards, ensuring that they understand and implement our brand standards consistently.
  • You ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (both SKIMS and Bloomingdale’s), including safety and security protocols.
  • You support supply procurement and ensure the correct levels of supplies are always available.
  • You oversee the upkeep of in-shop technology and communicate any updates with the team.
  • We expect you to assist in implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • We require you to analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
