- Ensure smooth MVP launches and feature rollouts.
- Build end-to-end partner engagement processes: onboarding, compliance checks, documentation, performance tracking.
- Serve as operational liaison for ecosystem partners and business-development allies.
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for onboarding partners in multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage legal coordination on KYC/AML, data privacy, and smart-contract standards.
- Lead monthly budgeting, forecast modelling, spend control, and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with Finance (internal or external) to reconcile and report.
- Implement operational infrastructure (e.g., Asana, Jira, Slack, Notion) and streamline internal workflows.
- Champion continuous improvement using metrics and qualitative feedback.
- Initially act as an individual contributor; grow into a people manager as the team expands.
- Cultivate transparent, collaborative culture aligned to their mission.
- Background in blockchain / web3 projects, DeFi, identity, or tokenization.
- Prior experience scaling operations in startup environments.
