Senior Knowledge Systems Specialist

Description

• The Senior Knowledge System Specialist will work independently and as part of a development team to identify and implement solutions, working closely with the customer to ensure the proper solution for the provided requirements.

• Manage and support Knowledge System Tools

• Leverage PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 and build dashboard reports

• Provide platform knowledge from End User to Power User perspectives

• Document roles and responsibilities, and train End Users and Power Users

• Develop, design, and manage content, customizations, forms, and workflows in selected platforms

• Convert legacy workflows and reports to new platforms

• Utilize new data sources and BI solutions

• Possess and utilize rudimentary skills in Python, R, SQL, .Net, C#, C++, and knowledge of JAVA, JS, HTML, and CSS as needed

• Analyze and determine business requirements, goals, and risks related to SharePoint Online projects

• Create SharePoint apps and collaborative tools and integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products

• Administer SharePoint Site Collections, including managing permissions and content structures

• Maintain SharePoint environment for business relevance, user traffic, and workflow functionality

• Provide end-user support, act as Tier 1 support, train end-users on basic functions, and collaborate with trainers to ensure training efficacy.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance
• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Must have high-level written and verbal communication skills
• Must have experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI
