Tasks and Qualifications:

Task:

• Management of FO and PLC Hotline teams
• Field Operations Revenues and Gross Profit as sold
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of customers
• Quality of project execution
• Customer satisfaction and NPS of the customer group
• Define and follow Field operations service KI´s & KPI´s
• Change management and employee engagement
• Focused on planning and results
• Speed ​​of deployment, adaptability of schedules, responsiveness, management of priorities and customer emergencies

Requirements:

• Electrical/Mechanical/PLC Engineer•    Recognized Engineering Apprenticeship
• Managerial Qualities
• A working understanding of mechanical, electrical and electronic technical manuals and drawings
• Basic understanding of control systems and techniques
• Basic understanding of PLC equipment
• Working at height
• Previous experience working with various conveyor systems
• Computer literacy
• Understanding of Preventative Maintenance Schedules (PPM)
