Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. You will manage IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems. In addition, you will provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operation, monitoring and problem resolution.
Here’s what you need:
- Experience providing assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
- In-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems
- Experience providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices
- Experience performing duties such are configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing and loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity and configuring network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
- Experience providing detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets
Bonus points if you have:
- Linux administration
- System troubleshooting experience
- VMware administration
- Experience providing support for the dispatch system and hardware problems
- Experience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Experience supporting the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware
- Experience directing and possessing a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience analyzing and resolving complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration
Special consideration given for the following skills:
- Cisco UCS and NetApp Management, Networking

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $90,700 - $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100
New York City: $105,000 - $147,100
Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
