Requirements
- 4 - 5 years' experience in commercial strategy or strategy consulting
- Experience in media and tech
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to approach problem solving creatively and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize information and present key insights to senior leadership
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with proven ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including new product development, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and market entry strategies
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and objectives
- Coordinate and facilitate timely delivery of key milestones
- Regularly review progress and provide constructive feedback
- Offer problem-solving and analytical support to mitigate risks and issues
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimisations
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with commercial strategies, developing mitigation plans to minimise their impact
- Anticipate and proactively address emerging issues, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive advantage
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive benchmarking analysis to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and market dynamics that may impact the company's commercial strategies
- Collate information and distil data into clear insights and compelling communications for senior stakeholders to inform data-driven decision making
- Present senior management with regular updates on progress of key strategic initiatives, and ensure risks and issues are surfaced in a timely manner
- Provide strategic recommendations and business cases to senior management on request, effectively communicating the value proposition and potential outcomes
- Liaise across global teams to ensure commercial priorities and strategic initiatives are aligned
