  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a similar field would be a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis / as a Functional Analyst, with a focus on gathering requirements and designing solutions
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow / Nuvolo across Nuvolo GXP Lab asset management and ServiceNow scripting
  • Tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Understanding of requirements, use cases, and specification for features
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong relationship building and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements by understanding & assessing user needs, objectives & pain points
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional / technical specifications including clear use cases, user stories, workflows, design documents and similar documents
  • Highlight / identify gaps in existing functionality / user requirements
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, including test case development, test execution, and issue resolution
  • Participate in solution design sessions providing insights and recommendations to ensure the proposed solutions align with business needs
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements validation, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct impact analysis to assess the implications of proposed changes
  • Participate in Agile development process and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Develop change rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine the feasibility of potential changes
  • Collaborate extensively across the organization, keep abreast of industry trends, continuously learn and adapt to new tools and techniques, and contribute to process improvement efforts
Desired Qualifications
  • Good understanding of service portals, workflow automation and the platform and enterprise architectures in ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies, enabling the application of human-centered approaches to problem-solving, ideation, and innovation processes
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
