Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years of professional experience managing business operations.
  • Five (5) years of experience supervising or managing professional staff.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and follow-through of critical projects and institutional engagements.
  • Manage governance over the Vice President’s calendar and priority workflows.
  • Prepare briefing materials and executive communications for high-profile meetings and events.
  • Exercise leadership through cross-functional collaboration, initiative tracking, and operational oversight to ensure that strategic commitments are delivered on time and at the highest standard.
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize complex material and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must possess the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality, and must have a clear commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work across identities and maintain an inclusive environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the experience to interact effectively with administration, faculty, students, and staff.
  • Additional Certifications: Ability to be diplomatic in dealing with diverse clientele such as senior University administrators, government officials, Regents, Trustees, parents, alumni and students.
  • Proficient with the use of Google
