Responsibilities
  • Adherence to all safety standards and work instructions
  • Perform assembly and inspection operations in accordance with detailed manufacturing instructions, product drawings and quality plans
  • Perform coreload analysis on energetic materials
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation
  • Assist engineers in manufacturing process development activities under direction of the engineer’s written instructions
  • Support inventory maintenance of component parts and materials
  • Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 6S principles
  • Provide feedback to engineers and supervisor for improvements
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with assembly operations including, but not limited to: torquing, bonding, cutting, filing, bending and laser welding
  • Experience with lab equipment including, but not limited to: precision weight scales, graduated cylinders, and calipers/micrometers
  • Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel
