  • At least 3 years of experience in Transact SQL/SQL Server/MySQL
  • At least 3 years of experience in database analysis, ETL development, and data migration
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a production environment
  • Experience with cloud-based data services is desirable
  • Strong Technical and Business Process Engineering and Management
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience in software automation practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Quick learner with strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work under minimal supervision
  • Must possess the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data
  • Plan and execute data migration projects, including mapping data from source to target systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs, ensuring timely data availability
  • Perform data validation and verification to ensure data integrity and consistency during migrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration requirements and ensure successful data transition
  • Optimize database performance through query optimization
  • Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on ETL and data migration processes
  • Act as an escalation contact for other team members in Technical Services during the project execution process
  • Provide off-hour support approximately 10% of the time. This includes overnight and weekends where necessary
