  • BS / BA Degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, medical affairs, strategy, customer engagement or business development in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Experience in Melanoma/CRC oncology is critical
  • Strong executional focus and desire to spend a majority of time in the field engaging thought leaders is required, with >50% travel, including weekend travel
  • Ability and eagerness to challenge status quo, think creatively, act decisively and operate successfully in an empowered organization
  • Demonstrated success in internal/external influence/negotiation, building alignment and driving performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable productive and collaborative relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including influential HCP thought leaders
  • Strong strategic, organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to uncover deep customer insights, and to distill complex business situations into clear and actionable insights

Responsibilities
  • Execute a robust multi-stakeholder engagement strategy for Melanoma/CRC Oncology Thought Leaders for National, Regional, Emerging, and Community Thought Leaders
  • Execute strategic plan to maximize the life cycle of the Melanoma/CRC Oncology portfolio
  • Obtain therapeutic insights from US-based Melanoma/CRC Oncology thought leaders and key stakeholders to help advance the Melanoma/CRC Oncology portfolio
  • Serve as a point of coordination in Melanoma/CRC Oncology across multiple functions, therapeutic areas and the east geography to ensure Pfizer can become a preferred partner globally
  • Establish and maintain organizational processes and guidelines (in partnership with legal/compliance) to ensure a consistent and compliant approach to KOL engagement
  • Lead and direct insight gathering from 1:1 engagements, small group meetings, and advisory boards for actionable commercial implementation with US Thought Leaders
  • Establish connectivity across Pfizer functions to facilitate connecting KOLs and key stakeholders to the appropriate internal subject matter experts as needed
