  • Master’s degree is required.
  • Strong organization and communication skills, and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to meet virtually once per month is required.
Responsibilities
  • Teach the graduate-level course EESC-6500 Pathways to Professional Success for College of Science students.
  • Teach the Fall 2025 course either online or on-ground on the Boston, Massachusetts campus.
  • Deliver instruction for the Cooperative Education division of the College of Science.
  • Cover content areas including self-assessment, resume writing, networking, job analysis and research, interviewing, and ethical decision-making.
  • Manage course logistics: 11-14 week structure; on-ground classes Mondays or Fridays 6:00pm-7:40pm Eastern Time in Boston; online courses are asynchronous with online engagement; no live instruction.
  • Course starts in September 2025; positions contingent upon enrollment, funding, and departmental needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in experiential learning, career services, human resources, or related field is preferred.
  • Two or more years of teaching experience preferred.
  • Online teaching experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management System systems such as Canvas is preferred but not required.
  • Industry experience in Life Sciences is a plus but not required.
