Job Title: Optimization Lead
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000

Adswerve is looking for an Optimization Lead, Adobe Target to bridge the gap between pre-sales and operations, ensuring seamless client engagement and project success. This role involves providing strategic guidance on optimization workflows, leading the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on the implementation and integration of Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer and other optimization solutions such as AB Tasty and Optimizely.
- Lead the development and execution of web and mobile Web SDK configurations for Adobe Target, ensuring comprehensive data capture and effective optimization.
- Collaborates with the services team and larger Adswerve team as subject matter expert for Optimization (A/B Testing and Personalization) – attending calls, responding to internal and external questions, bringing a consultative approach and technical POV.
- Log client time daily, aiming for a target of 1,000 - 1,200 billable hours annually towards client projects.
- Act as the strategic lead and hands on subject matter expert on optimization (Adobe Target, A/B testing, Personalization) client engagements, connecting pre-sales efforts to successful operational client execution.
- Align operational approaches with sales conversations to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to project delivery.
- Engage with clients at various levels, from developers to executives, to discuss and implement optimization strategies.
- Responsible for client satisfaction and delivery through execution, strategy roadmaps, and business reviews.
- Assist sales and marketing with product demos, business discovery, webinars, blog posts, etc.
- Maintain and help manage Asana tasks for assigned tasks and for general Optimization team members.
Experience
- Extensive experience with Adobe Target, Web SDK and related optimization solutions. Adobe Journey Optimizer, AB Tasty and Optimizely knowledge is a bonus.
- Previous experience working directly with clients from both a pre-and-post sales capacity, performing demos, providing strategic guidance and expertise, and handling implementation of Adobe Target required.
- Previous experience building out deliverables, operations and services for an optimization program.
- Experience with Web SDK highly needed, knowledge in Mobile is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of an organization, from developers to executives.
- Proven background in consulting, hands on in Adobe Target implementation and experimentation, project management, and strategic planning.
This position pays a base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 per year plus bonus. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
