Requirements
- A technical Bac to Bac+2 qualification.
- Approximately five years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Demonstrated managerial skills in a production-line environment.
- Ability to provide service, propose improvements, adapt, and listen.
Responsibilities
- Ensure machine start-up and shutdown.
- Participate in recruitment and lead and manage the team, including replacement management, catch-up scheduling, and compliance with uniform requirements.
- Develop the team's skills.
- Record production data for analysis of activity dashboards, including productivity and machine performance.
- Coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance interventions with the maintenance department and perform level-one maintenance.
- Ensure implementation of continuous-improvement actions approved by management and report on their effectiveness.
- Manage consumables inventory.
- Report human and equipment operating information to the Production Manager.
- Comply with and enforce the company's quality, safety, and environmental procedures and the premises-cleaning schedule.
- Lead employee-expression meetings.
