Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal team performance and project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and UX/UI design to deliver integrated software solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and potential issues.
