  • Comfortable using a CRM software to manage sales process

  • Proven success in closing deals with multiple stakeholders in an SMB or Midmarket B2B sales environment

  • Qualifying sales opportunities
  • Building new customer relationships
  • Pipeline management/forecasting
  • Developing & closing proposals
  • Securing new accounts and driving contract expansions
  • Managing the sales cycle from discovery to ongoing contract expansions
  • Becoming a Trusted Advisor to clients
  • Developing industry expertise in public infrastructure markets and in Citylitics’ products & data capabilities
  • Delivering polished presentations to clients on the value they are receiving from services and opportunities for expansion
