Responsibilities
  • Maintaining resourcing sheets and burn report
  • Running financial reports
  • Primary Mediahub contact for MediaOcean
  • Ensure our data management systems such SharePoint is up to date
  • Champion our workflow management with Asana, an industry leading technology
  • Liaison with finance departments and client teams to ensure financial health of clients
  • Liaison with offshore teams, acting as a point of contact between Mediahub UK and our offshore colleagues
  • Escalating to senior leadership if there are any blockers to any projects
  • Maintain business critical templates, such as Media Plan and Briefing forms
  • Project manager for various projects using Asana
  • Learning of any areas of inefficiency within the business and developing a plan for improvement along with Operations Director and others
  • Liaison with Mediahub departments and client teams providing support and guidance on best practices and processes
