Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and identifying customer needs.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and visually appealing product displays.
  • Support sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and daily cash-out procedures with accuracy.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment while upholding company standards for hospitality and environmental stewardship.
