Requirements
  • College degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and recruiting practices
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams and SharePoint are a plus) and capable of adapting to new software systems
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for general employee inquiries, addressing and triaging questions related to benefits and HR policies.
  • Administer and update employee files to ensure compliance
  • Respond to routine requests for information and verifications of employment
  • Track and assist with the administration of performance evaluations
  • Assist with posting of required notices and ensure compliance across all organizational locations
  • Support I-9 documentation, including verification, updates, and compliance
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with HR, Office Managers, Administrative and IT teams.
  • Prepare data analytics for HR department, create reports / presentation of findings.
  • Assist offices with EEO and other HR related proposal requests
  • Provide back-up support to the Recruiting Team during busy recruiting periods
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and in line with data protection standards.
  • Assist the HR team with various ongoing tasks and special projects as needed
