- Inspect all instruments, surgical devices, and materials to verify integrity and sterility.
- Order supplies weekly and as needed.
- Audit and modify inventory as needed.
- Maintain all instrument trays assuring the trays are complete, stocked and in working order.
- Assume responsibility in overseeing repair, sharpening of instruments and lubrication.
- Assist in the transfer of patients in a safe manner when requested.
