What believers are saying

  • Atlassian's November 11, 2025 DX acquisition legitimized engineering intelligence budgets.
  • Weave's July 2026 customer list includes Robinhood, PostHog, Reducto, and Telnyx.
  • The company used Series A proceeds to expand product and go-to-market aggressively.

What critics are saying

  • DX inside Atlassian now bundles benchmarking for 300,000+ customers, crushing standalone vendors.
  • Jellyfish, LinearB, and Swarmia already own enterprise reporting, workflow, and developer-experience workflows.
  • If measurement gets branded surveillance, engineering teams block deployment and renewal revenue evaporates.

What makes Weave unique

  • July 28, 2026 Series A from Standard Capital validated Weave's engineering-intelligence thesis.
  • Weave measures 2M+ code contributions across 20,000+ engineers at 500+ companies.
  • Its prompt router and AI ROI tracking tie engineering activity directly to token spend.
