Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of applicable business or promotion management experience is an alternative to the preferred bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with client communication and relationship building, including leading conversations, uncovering business needs, and influencing decision-making across client teams and stakeholders.
  • Marketing or project management experience, including scoping, timeline development, risk assessment, and coordinating cross-functional teams through complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, including mentoring junior team members, partnering with specialized internal teams, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • The ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for client teams, building relationships and understanding client pain points, business objectives, and marketing goals.
  • Oversee project intake, define program scope, establish the execution path, and manage strategic and operational communications.
  • Own end-to-end program execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing information flow, coordinating suppliers, and delivering programs from initial requirements through final closeout.
  • For experiential programs, manage timelines for production, fabrication, and event logistics.
  • Schedule and facilitate routine client status meetings and internal weekly program reviews.
  • Build and maintain shared program trackers and deliver weekly program updates.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, event production and fabrication partners, and internal partners through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement, introduce new capabilities, and pitch strategic solutions that address evolving client needs and drive account growth.
  • Manage complex and dynamic budgets, review cost components, oversee program volume forecasting and retainer activity, and ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure programs meet performance metrics for on-time delivery, budget adherence, and audit scores while optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members through coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Stay current on consumer activation and experiential marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and contribute to process improvements and organizational knowledge.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experiential marketing, event production, event planning, or purchasing experience.
  • Familiarity with event-specific logistics, including vendor sourcing, asset fabrication, permitting, and on-site execution.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Communication with an emphasis in Marketing or Management.
  • A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and business growth.
