Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to own and execute the marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand awareness, website management, and customer engagement across multiple marketing channels, including social media, email, SMS, content, and digital advertising. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Duties:
Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
Own and manage social media marketing, including content creation, engagement, and paid social campaigns.
Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and automation tools to maximize reach and engagement.
Design and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion pathways for lead generation and customer retention.
Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in healthcare AI digital marketing.
Qualifications
Proven track record in omnichannel marketing, including social media, email, SMS, and content marketing.
Strong expertise in marketing automation tools.
Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
Ability to develop compelling messaging and positioning tailored to different audiences (healthcare providers, administrators, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media insights, etc.).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
