Base Salary Range: $90,000- $115,000

Who You Are
X is looking for a Trainer, Safety for our Safety team. This position can be based in Austin, TX and requires being onsite — remote work is not considered.
Responsibilities:
Design, create and deliver interactive, effective and inclusive training experiences for our Trust & Safety content moderation and customer support operations. These experiences include instructor-led sessions, eLearning, videos, and documentation.
Plan, communicate, and measure training to continuously improve the effectiveness of training.
Manage training logistics and tools.
Track the progress of agents across training programs, ensuring they meet high quality standards before moving to production cases. Deliver remediation training where agents are not meeting standards.
Collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in developing and delivering training programs
Experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities, including instructor-led and e-learning.
Familiarity and/or experience with program management processes, learning management systems, and instructional design tools
Ability to deliver technical content, and aptitude to learn new technical content.
A passion for teaching and an active user of X
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent storytelling skills
