Requirements
  • Experience working at or with an e-learning content provider is a MUST
  • Experience in the E-learning/HCM industry
  • Previous Experience of managing partner relationships
  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management or similar
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to manage and deal with channel conflicts in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture executive level relationships
  • Understanding of Partner Programs and contracts associated with them
  • Strong ability to navigate in complex environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
  • Salesforce experience
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with GTM and Product teams to develop content partnership strategy
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner organizations
  • Strategically recruiting and onboarding new Content partners
  • Leading the creation of business plans for each partner
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and strategy meetings with partners
  • Serving as the primary contact for partner inquiries and conflicts
  • Working with content partners to meet financial metrics and KPIs
