Responsibilities
  • Leads the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions for systems and process training.
  • Facilitates classroom training on business workflows in the electronic medical record and related systems for new employees and for system changes/upgrades.
  • Provides training expertise through consultations with stakeholders to determine appropriate learning solutions for project-based work.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional experts to ensure full integration of relevant workflows, technologies, and standards of practice.
  • Maintains all related training curriculum through regular observations with staff, Epic documentation, as well as a cadence with key stakeholders and analysts.
  • Leads training workstream on project teams to deliver effective learning solutions and integration for onboarding programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Prefer at least two years of Epic user experience with a relevant business application.
  • Prefer experience training Epic’s suite of business applications.
